In Whistler, probably the hardest place on a fork on Earth, I changed the oil monthly and the seals twice over the summer. I am actually supplying both the air cartridge and a coil (effectively making it a Team)which is in the fork just now. Making it lower maintenance, all be it, less adjustment.
